refund policy

 

There is a limit of (30) days from the date of purchase to make an exchange, credit or refund.

 

Due to their nature, golf or freestyle discs can not be refunded once thrown

(we will know).  Give it to a needy player or sell it as used.

 

Each 'garment' or 'product' That Disc PlayerTM sells is guaranteed to be the finest sold at that time. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the said product, be it with workmanship, quality, size, or color, you will be refunded or receive an exchange at the same price and value when the product was purchased.

 

'Extreme' cases will not apply. Destruction, improper use of said products will not be considered for any refund or exchange. If you caused it, sorry. We can not cover acts of God and are not capable for such supernatural capabilty.

 

Disc Player does not repair items.

 

To make an exchange or refund, contact by e-mail, orders@discplayersports.com .  Explain your situation.

We at Disc Player will expect to come up with a diagnosis and a remedy. You will be contacted as soon as possible.

 

Disc PlayerTM will not accept C.O.D.'s marked 'bill recipient.'
